Adding a fan and radiator to my server nvme

Server are usually all about airflow and this can be noisy.
Since I dread the noise, I’ve opted for spot cooling parts that matter the most.

Netdata shoes a 10-15 degrees drop in temperatures; not huge but for the cost and with near-silent opperations, I’ll take it.
